I am Dr. Sandeep, a practicing Homeopathic doctor from Bangalore. I practice at Centre of Homeopathy, Jayanagar and HSR layout. I specialize in treating Allergies and Gastrointestinal complaints. Apart from my homeopathic practice, I also work with individuals helping them achieve their goals in health - METABOLIC HEALTH with dietary and lifestyle changes, & also support smokers quit - QUITTING SMOKING- two primary struggles I have had as an individual and am grateful to have overcome.
In spite of my education and seeing first hand how smoking and diet can harm health, I found it extremely difficult to change my habits/ addictions. I am now a Happy Non- Smoker and feel like I have dug myself out of a pit. I am running a clinical practice since 2007, and conducting programs for youth and adults to better oneself for longer than that. I now work with individuals looking to better their health without the use of medications.
Like most adults, I've had my struggles with weight management. Changes in diet and lifestyle not only helped with my weight loss but also with improving my health markers including cholesterol and uric acid. I have been guiding people on diet approach which is appropriate to their age, dietary preferences and health status. We have achieved reversal of type 2 diabetes, recurrent gastric complaints, fatigue, hypertension, weight loss etc.
This program works as it is easy to stick to, and makes you feel good and satisfied about the changes, and not hungry and frustrated.
From being a chain smoker to helping people quit smoking has been a long journey for me and I am fortunate to have been able to quit this 'habit'. I used my learning from various training methods, and multiple failed attempts to quit, to help myself quit smoking, and I have been able to help others do the same.
The quit smoking program does not include any medications and works by creating a change in perspective in how nicotine addiction works and how easy it is to change it. Unlike some addictions, nicotine is fairly easy to quit once you become aware of your addiction behavior.
